Our Team
The cruise department is led by John Dsouza, the Director of Nautai Marine Services and Trading Private Limited. He began his career in 2006 in the Indian hotel industry, after which he worked onboard the International Cruise P&O for 5 years. John then joined V. Ships India Pvt Ltd. (V. Group) as a Recruitment Officer for 6 years, where he was responsible for recruiting for the Deck, Engine, and Security departments for Carnival Cruise line and Hotel Position for Silver Seas Cruises.
