Modern ships have increasingly complex and automated systems and officers and crew often join a vessel with very little time to familiarize themselves with the vessel’s systems and safety procedures. It is recruitment company responsibility to familiarise joining officer / rating with ship and the operating system including PMS of that fleet before joining ship. After joining ship they will get familiarise with company procedure and all manuals on board. Nautai Marine’s team in office can deliver all requirement of manuals and this type of service require by any of our client.

Nautai Maine Services can create, or updates, the Solas Training Manual for your crew. We also prepare solas manual after Yard delivery of ship.

Nautai Marine can provide training program designed to meet client requirements. Training program development team will prepare program for our client. Development and structuring of courses as per requirement of client.
MARINE TRAINING AIDS AND MATERIALS
Computer Based Training (CBT) is really benefit for the training of shipboard staff, all programme is also has question / answer sheet to evaluate how much shipboard staff understand and there is also minimum scoring requirement is fixed by our team so that it can be evaluated how much they understand. As the training can take place in the Nautai training centre or shipboard staff will be provided access to CBT system of company so that they can update from their home. CBT is particularly suited to the familiarization of new staff with company procedures/systems.
